Sales Executive

RBSK IT Consulting is a growing IT Management company. We are looking to add a Sales Professional to our team. We are seeking a sales professional who is dedicated to generating new business while fostering relationships and building trust with existing clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet company sales quotas for New RBSK IT Consulting Managed Service agreements and product sales
  • Attend or conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with managed accounts as needed
  • Resolve critical issues with any client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
  • Attend RBSK IT Consulting sponsored industry, charity, or educational events
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Update all activities, time sheets, and Sales processes within ConnectWise Manage
  • Update ConnectWise opportunities and sales funnel daily
  • Develop relationships with Managed Service clients and prospects
  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Maintain technology and selling skills as industry changes
  • Attend relevant project meetings
  • Perform Needs analysis, sales discovery, and Telco audit on prospects and current clients
  • Design and present proposals, presentations, and necessary agreements for prospects and clients
  • Create proposal, presentation, and needed Visio drawings for prospects or client presentations
  • Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed Service clients

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on RBSK IT Consulting products and services
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry data
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related training
  • Ability to create ConnectWise sales and marketing tracks
  • Ability to implement marketing strategy using ConnectWise sales tracks
  • Ability to gain 100% knowledge of the ConnectWise Manage and Sell software
